Saltworks Castle on ul. Zamkowa 8 (5 buildings - North Castle, Central Castle, South Castle, Tower, Exploration Shaft). A municipal pavement leading to the Castle is made out of concrete slabs and cobblestones. In front of the Castle's main gate there is a pedestrian crossing with lowered kerbs, without traffic lights. The area around the Castle is paved with cobblestones. There are steep terrain slopes in some areas. The Castle does not have its own parking spaces. Benches are installed in the courtyard for resting. There is also a tactile path leading to the most important places - the entrances, the tower, the exploration shaft and a bronze model of the Castle with descriptions in Braille available to all visitors. In the courtyard there are also information boards about the tower, the defence walls, the exploratory shaft, the Central Castle and the South Castle with descriptions in Braille. The ticket office is located inside the North Castle. There is a cloakroom next to the ticket office. The historic tower and the exploration shaft are also open for visitors during the spring/summer season. There is a staircase leading up to both sites. The Castle complex - is made up of three historic buildings: Central Castle, North Castle and South Castle. Exhibitions in the Central and North Castle are open to tourists. It is possible to enter the buildings and courtyard with an assistance dog. Central Castle is a historic building, currently unsuitable for wheelchair users or those with reduced mobility. The exhibitions are housed on three floors, accessed by a staircase. The visitors' toilet is located in the Castle cellars. It is not adapted for people with disabilities. Next to it is a cloakroom. Some of the museum rooms, due to the nature of the exhibition, are semi-dark. The exhibits are placed in display cabinets. Information on the layout of the premises is provided at least visually and verbally - notice boards, staff person. The North Castle is a historic building after a major renovation. Exhibitions are located on the ground floor of the building and on the first floor. The education rooms are located on level -1. The exhibitions on the first floor and level -1 are accessible by lift. Floor platforms have also been installed on the ground floor to allow wheelchair users the access. Toilets for tourists, including a toilet for people with disabilities, are located on level -1. The museum exhibition is accessed by a mine lift in the Regis shaft or the Daniłowicz shaft. Adequate width of walkways - free of horizontal and vertical barriers - is provided.
